Family and MWR is - Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation.

Army Family and MWR is a comprehensive network of support and leisure services designed to enhance the lives of Soldiers (Active, Reserve, and Guard), their Families, Civilian employees, Military retirees and other eligible participants. Family and MWR employees strive to deliver the highest quality programs and services at Pine Bluff Arsenal -- from family, child and youth programs to recreation, sports, entertainment, and leisure activities.

Family and MWR contributes to the Army's strength and readiness by offering services that reduce stress, build skills, and self-confidence and foster strong espirit-de-corps.

The Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (Family and MWR) Programs on Pine Bluff Arsenal are here to provide quality of life services and activities for you and your Family during your assignment at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Family and MWR serves active duty military, retirees, DoD and NAF employees, federal employees and contract employees. (All employees are not eligible for all Family Support Programs).
