Retirement Award

Joyce Ladd, was recently presented with certificates of achievement commending them for their excellent performance in helping successfully establish the Textile Operations at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Their performance allowed for the success of the Neck Dam project from start of operations through First Article Testing. The success of the Neck Dam has led to the production of the Chemically Protected Patient Wrap. These individuals were chosen to receive the initial training on operation and maintenance of the textile equipment and have since trained and mentored new employees on that line.
