In efforts to ensure that the Pine Bluff Arsenal and other serviced organizations are provided appropriate EEO services, we are responsible for assuring implementation of a comprehensive EEO Program that includes:  Affirmative Employment Program Plans (MD-715), Disabled Veterans Affirmative Action Program (DVAAP) Plans, the EEO Discrimination Complaints Processing System, the Special Emphasis Programs (American Indian/Alaskan Native Employment Program, Asian American/Pacific Islander Employment Program, Black Employment Program, Federal Women's Program, Hispanic Employment Program, and the Program for Individuals with Disabilities), EEO Program monitoring and evaluation, staff advisory services, and community outreach.
