We offer support services to the Pine Bluff Arsenal staff and tenant units physically located within the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Our services include the following:

Help Desk:
- Service Description
Provides a central point of contact for trouble reporting, customer assistance, change of password and system access. Equipment malfunctions for computers, copiers, faxes, printers, etc. should be reported to the Help Desk. System application problems, off the shelf software (i.e. Microsoft Office) problems, slow network response, etc are other subjects which are appropriate for Help Desk calls.
The Help Desk may be contacted by calling 540-3168 or a trouble ticket may be generated using the Enterprise Help Desk (*this feature is available to registered CAC users only).
